B. Sampling for examination and tests shall be performed in accordance with MIL-STD-105, using the plans as specified in Table 2, unless otherwise stated. For the purpose of sampling, a lot shall consist of jackets, filing, wallet of the same style: expansion and size. The sample unit shall be one jacket for visual/workmanship and dimensional examination and one fully prepared shipping container for preparation for delivery examination, unless specified otherwise.

4. Regulatory requirements. The contractor shall certify that the product offered shall include a minimum of 50% waste paper, as defined in 40 CFR, Part 250. The Government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance prior to first delivery and thereafter as may be otherwise provided for under the provisions of the contract.

5. Preservation, packaging, packing, labeling and marking. Preservation, packaging, packing, labeling and marking shall be as specified in the contract or order. (See 7.D)

6. Referenced Documents. The referenced documents in effect on the date of the solicitation or invitation to bid, shall be used to determine compliance with the stated requirements.
