C. Printing: The printing shall be either all dark
blue or all black. There shall be a page for each day of the year; each page
shall include the following:
- Date heading, including day of the week, date of the month, month, and year
- Calendar for 3 months: previous, current, following
- Number of expired and unexpired days of the year
- Appointment schedule of 30 minute periods from at least 7:00 a.m. to 6.00
p.m.
- Space for notes
Each Sunday page shall be a left-hand page. The reverse of the Sunday page
shall be blank, except for the heading “NOTES”.
There shall be a complete calendar for the previous, current, and following
year. There shall also be a double page spread for each month of the year, with
space for notes for each day of the month. These two sets shall be at the front
of the appointment book.
The following holidays shall be clearly indicated on the applicable page:

2. Bleaching: To obtain an acceptable brightness, a
chemical bleaching process may be used. When specified, (See Section 8), the
bleaching process shall not include the use of chlorine, chlorine dioxide, or
hypochlorite. Certification of compliance shall be made upon request by the
Government.
