5.2 Packing: Forty eight (48) packages of refills shall be packed in a snug-fitting fiberboard box in compliance with the Uniform Freight Classification and the National motor Freight Classification.
5.3 Marking. Marking shall be as specified in the contract or order.
6. Regulatory requirements. The contractor shall certify that the paper shall contain the minimum of 50% waste paper. The contractor shall also certify that the paper shall include a minimum of 10% postconsumer recovered material.
The postconsumer recovered material shall be considered as part of the overall minimum total of 50% waste paper in accordance 40 CFR, Part 250. The Government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance prior to first delivery and thereafter as may be otherwise provided for under the provisions of the contract.
